A model's stunning beachside bikini photo ended terribly after followers wrongly reported her to police for breaking lockdown rules.
Dominique Elissa, from Sydney, Australia, shared the picture from the picturesque Jervis Bay on Instagram.
But soon after, police arrived at her door to check she hadn't been on holiday to take the snap – before realising the snap was a throwback.
Sydney is currently under the state of New South Wales’s stay-home order, meaning people can go out for one of only four reasons and travel no more than 10km to exercise. Jervis Bay is nearly three hours away by car.
The 26-year-old said she was shocked the police had been alerted about the non-breach of regulations – and she revealed that officers had received “multiple” complaints about the snap.

Dominique said in a TikTok video: “The weirdest thing just happened. Two police just rocked up at our house and needed to check I was here because they’ve gotten multiple complaints from people saying I am in Jervis Bay.
“I posted a throwback like a few days ago and I’m literally in so much shock that people went to the extent to call the police.”
Dominique said she’d been sharing videos of her daily walks and outdoor workouts in her home suburb and didn’t understand how anyone could think she had done a runner. But she “thanked” those who complained for their “concerns”.
The video has led to a backlash from some of her TikTok followers, who have told those who complained that they “have a bit too much time on their hands” and “need to get a life”.
The strict stay-home rules are being enforced in parts of Australia following surges in coronavirus cases, and police have been encouraging people to report possible breaches of the rules.
Far-right commentator Katie Hopkins was deported back to the UK a few days ago after boasting about breaking quarantine rules in Sydney.
She was in the country to film Big Brother Australia, which had already kicked her off the show over her anti-lockdown behaviour.
