After he didn't emerge for some time his family started knocking on the door, but the muscle-bound man didn't respond.
When the door was broken down, Arora was found unconscious in the shower with the water running. It was discovered he had no pulse.
The athlete was rushed to hospital but sadly it was too late to save him and he was declared dead on arrival.
The decorated muscleman had won a number of accolades for his physique including Best Power Lifting of Rajasthan in 2012 and 2013 and the Mr India title in 2014, 2016 and 2017.
He was also handed a gold medal at the Nagpur championship.

A clip posted shortly before his death saw fans rush to comment their well-wishes after the professional bodybuilder's death.
"Rip," one simply wrote, while another echoed the sentiment, followed by an applause emoji.
The man's family described him as cheerful and said he followed a disciplined routine and stayed away from drugs. He leaves behind his wife and two daughters.
In a post dedicated to his wife last June, the dedicated husband shared a series of images of the pair together to mark their anniversary and his beloved's birthday.
"[Wish you] v.very happy birthday & wedding [anniversary] my life partner," he wrote as his fans wished the couple well.
