TOKYO – Rower Joan Poh was the first Singaporean in action at the Tokyo Olympics where under a belting sun in the Sea Forest Waterway, she finished sixth in heat two at the Sea Forest Waterway on Friday (July 23).

The 30-year-old, who started well in lane four and was fifth of six rowers after 500m, finished in sixth place in the women’s single sculls (2,000m).
