• Ciara, 35, posted a series of swimsuit photos to Instagram taken by her husband Russell Wilson.
  • She strikes a pose that shows off her toned legs and booty.
  • Ciara is a WW ambassador and does Tabata, plyometrics, strength training, and more with trainer Decker Davis.

Ciara’s got it, and she’s flaunting all her hard work in the gym and eating healthy after welcoming her third child, Win, in July 2020. Her hubby and Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson recently snapped some photos for her to share on Instagram. (Talk about multitalented!)

In the pics, Ciara’s wearing a white swimsuit and striking a confident pose in all the photos. (Is that a “One, Two Step” I see?) The seaside backdrop is stunning, but her strong leg muscles are pulling all the attention. You can clearly see the definition in her calf muscles, quads, and glutes.

Clearly, Ciara’s workouts and diet are working. Ciara is a WW ambassador and has shared her post-baby weight-loss journey using the WW app and Digital 360 program. “What’s been really helpful with the program is that you get to enjoy yourself,” Ciara told People. “It’s not an extreme diet plan. It’s not like you can’t eat the fun foods that I believe bring us happiness or bring us joy…Being from Atlanta and being a southern girl, I’ve always loved good food, good flavors and good seasoned food.”

Her diet isn’t restrictive. “I think the discovery that you can enjoy all the good food that’s out there is always kind of eye-opening and enlightening for people because typically you think you have to do these extreme plans, where you’re basically only eating grass or you’re not eating much besides celery and carrots, you know?” she told InStyle. Ciara generally eats more carbs earlier in the day and focuses on more protein and fat at dinner.

Ciara’s also gotten creative with her workouts with trainer Decker Davis. Her routines include cross training, Tabata, plyometrics, strength training, and cardio, according to People. She told Cosmopolitan that she split up her training sessions throughout the day in order to fit them in to her understandably busy schedule: “It was kind of like, wake up in the morning, breastfeed, eat a small meal, go train, come back in, breastfeed, eat another meal, go train, then come back, have another meal, and then a third training session at night. It was a good challenge, one I set for myself, not for anyone else. Taking care of myself makes me feel really good. And I want to keep it sexy too, you know.”

Consider that mission accomplished with this photoshoot.
